the Ground Up
Freedom First Propane didn't come together overnight. I spent over 12 years working as a route salesman before moving into the propane industry, where I worked for nearly a decade with larger companies.
Over time, I saw how things really worked. Customers weren't getting the level of service they deserved, pricing wasn't always fair, and too often people were treated like just another account instead of a neighbor.
That's what led me to start this company. I knew there was a better way to do things, and I wanted to build a propane company that actually puts customers first.
Today, Freedom First Propane is still a family-run business. While I'm out handling deliveries and installs, there's always someone behind the scenes making sure customers can get in touch when they need to.
Calls are answered, messages are returned, and no one gets left waiting or wondering.
We've kept things simple on purpose. Treat people right, be honest about pricing, and show up when it matters. That's what this business was built on.
